Why we started
Premier Mobile Labs was born out of frustration with the traditional lab experience — long waits, inconvenient hours, and the added stress of traveling while unwell. Our founder, With over a decade of clinical experience, saw firsthand how difficult routine blood draws could be for elderly patients, busy families, and those managing chronic conditions.
We launched with a single mission: make professional phlebotomy accessible, comfortable, and convenient. Today we serve patients across Ventura County, partnering with physicians, specialists, and care facilities to deliver the same clinical quality you'd expect from a hospital lab — in the comfort of your own home.

With 10 years of clinical experience across hospital and outpatient settings, Damian founded Premier Mobile Labs to bring compassionate, professional phlebotomy directly to patients. He holds dual certification from the NHA and ASCP.
James Okafor, CPT
Senior Phlebotomist
James specializes in pediatric and difficult-access draws, with 8 years of experience in pediatric oncology and outpatient clinics. Patients and parents consistently praise his calm, reassuring approach.
